ODOS Properties & Partners has signed on with Movebutler in order to speed up and improve the home moving experience for agents, sellers and buyers!
Movebutler - The idea for this innovation and the technology behind the platform was inspired by our work supporting our 2,500 Estate Agency branch network coupled with feedback from consumers, who have been calling for a change to the way they buy and sell property for a number of years. Designed to streamline the current sticking points in the buying and selling process (compliance, conveyancing and offer verification), transactions will be completed end to end within the movebutler platform, speeding up transactions significantly and improving communication between all parties involved at every stage.
As our Clients know we are always looking for new and innovative ways to improve the buying or selling process, which is why we keep an eye out for new technologies hitting the market. Movebutler allows us to improve our Anti-Money Laundering duties, whilst enabling us to create a smooth onboarding and sales progression process for our Clients, a value which has been important to ODOS since the beginning of our business.
