Property Photography
Our photographers use the latest DSLR technology, wide-angle lenses and tripods to create stunning photos of even the smallest spaces. We don’t stop on the ground, we can also take elevated photography using a mast or drone to get the perfect angle.
Within 24 hours of our visit we will have hand retouched your photos in our studio!
Virtual Reality Tours
The property market is changing, competition is high and margins are tight. To help our clients stay ahead, we have partnered with Matterport, the world leader in Virtual Reality tour technology. With our custom workflow that we have created, coupled with the award-winning, immersive 3D walkthrough our Matterport can provide you with a VR tour, high quality photography, an accurate floorplan and data analytics of online activity, all from a single 3D shoot.
We work with the largest provider of Matterport within the UK, having cameras from Newquay to Inverness. Scanning over 7m sqft of space within 6 month of launch, we have come across all property types and situations. We are the best placed Matterport provider to shoot your properties with care and attention, and the knowledge of how to make them look their best.
Floorplans & EPCs
Our suppliers have drawn more than 100,000 floorplans, ranging from 500sqft flats to 50,000sqft country estates, and everything in-between.
We have seen round houses, curved houses, even octagonal houses, and combined with our 3 layers of quality control, have consistently produced accurate detailed floor layouts for each of them. With our drafting team working overnight, we still manage to get all but the largest plans back to you the day after our visit.
We can also tailor our plans to your specific look and feel, match existing plans, produce plans for leases, fire, redevelopments and planning permissions. Backed by a £5m insurance policy, you can be confident that our work is to the highest standard.
Many of our photographers are also qualified DEAs meaning we can produce the EPC at the same time as conducting the photography and floorplans. This results in saving you money and the homeowner getting a better experience.
