Estate Agent - Self Employed - ODOS Partner
Join ODOS Properties - The Future of Estate Agency We are a Hybrid Estate Agency with an innovative and forward thinking independent brand, who are now looking for Estate Agents across the UK who will work as self-employed operation partners who have worked in Estate Agency at Senior Negotiator, Senior Valuer / Lister, Assistant Manager, Sales Manager, Valuations Manager, Residential Sales Agent with 2 years minimum experience or Branch Manager level.

Our Commission structure is unrivalled. · 30% commission for leads provided by ODOS Head Office · 40% of profits for leads created by yourself + Referral earnings and Extra earnings. OTE This role is commission based, we are looking for determined and dedicated individuals to work with us. Realistically, we expect earnings to be between £30,000 – £100,000 + (there is no cap)
What do you do?
You will be responsible for market appraisals, listings, viewings and keeping the Customer updated as required.
Our business structure and bespoke software allows you to carry out these roles, with a flexible and modern way of working. Work for yourself, not by yourself. If you are confident that you could grow listings and patch growth in your hometown, why not give it a try?

You will be required to have your own car and mobile telephone and there is no car allowance or business mileage allowance or basic salary so this position is only for Agents who want to run their "own business" who are confident in their own abilities and want to earn on the back of their own success, whilst we offer an outstanding commission structure, support, technology and take care of all the legal aspects of being an Estate Agent.
