Having used another estate agent to begin with we tried Odos Properties who have proven their statement of being an ethical estate agent. My previous sale fell through as the previous agent overvalued our house which inevitably was down valued by the mortgage lender our buyer was using and the sale fell apart. Odos Properties delivered a first class service from start to finish. James and Ben were very good, and always went out of their way to clear any obstacles, which always happen during a sale. From the initial meeting, to seeing the house on the portal, to arranging viewings and supporting the offers, right through to completion, Odos provided an excellent service, particularly as the house was empty and I don't live nearby. James drove the sale from start to finish, and i would recommend Odos as a first-class way to sell your property.
From start to finish Odos Properties delivered the most fantastic service. James was professional, friendly and helpful throughout and we had total faith in his ability. Communication was excellent and we felt comfortable contacting Odos at any time with queries,concerns or just for an update.
