2. Media and Marketing

Our media team will organise to visit your property and take all relevant media in one appointment, your ODOS Partner will also be prepping your property listing, once we have all the relevant information your property will go live online and we'll start taking enquiries.
3. SOLD STC
We'll carry out all viewings for you! Once your property has had an offer(s) on it we will do all of our relevant checks to ensure that the offer is legal and proceedable, after this stage we'll inform your solicitors (If you haven't thought about which law firm to use request a legal estimate from our recommended Conveyancers by clicking the button below)
Your ODOS Partner will receive and chase updates from both parties solicitors to maximise the chances of a smooth and hassle free transaction. Your ODOS Partner will be in contact with you all the way through to completion! We will release the keys to your buyer and help you through any present or future property queries!
